This bill is requiring membership in a labor organization as a condition of employment that is allowed under Federal law, using the limited authority reserved to states.

Personal Choice and Responsibility
Takes away the local governments from passing right to work by forcing employees to join a Union even if they disagree with the Union policy.

Limited Government
This is Big Brother from the State to local private sector jobs. An infringement of an employees right to free speech and association.

Free Markets
Forces employers to enter into a union agreement with employees and lose control of their company! It adds to their administration dealing with union issues and restricts business practices.
