This bill modifies methodology for reimbursing hospital costs under self-insured benefit plan offered by Public Employees' Benefit Board leaving percentage blank

Personal Choice and Responsibility
As the bill is presented there is no way a provider can make any choice as to their willingness to participate as the percentage of Medicare reimbursement is left blank.

Fiscal Responsibility
There is no fiscal responsibility in this bill with the percentage of reimbursement left blank.
