This bill has little or no affect on the over prescribing of opioids not like the original bill which imposed specific controls

Personal Choice and Responsibility
The engrossed bill provides no change in the choice of the physician in prescribing.

Limited Government
government is not excising its authority by facing the problem of the over prescription of opioids or opiates to the general public

Free Markets
Statistics demonstrate that the practice of opioids or opiates prescription is out of control and needs to be controlled at a greater level not by developing guidelines without enforcement.
