This bill repeals requirement for health care facility to obtain certificate of need

Personal Choice and Responsibility
The repeal provides individual hospitals the option to exercise its personal choice and fulfill its responsibility to the local community to provide appropriate and quality health care.

Limited Government
This bill is removing the state from dictating to local communities and institutions.

Local Control
By removing the state from the process it will allow the local entities to make the choices as to what should be happening in their communities not the state.

Free Markets
By removing the certificate of need process this will allow the free market to resume the role allowing the market to direct local health care.
