This bill crime of trafficking persons for use in commercial sex act now to be applied if the person so trafficked is under age 18 years of age.

Personal Choice and Responsibility
Increases jeopardy of person victimizing another person for gain, whether monetary or of other value.

Fiscal Responsibility
Protects more individuals at no additional cost.

Limited Government
It is essential to protect more innocents, be they 7 years of age or 17.

Local Control
Gives law enforcement more leeway in stopping those who enslave others for sex acts.
