This bill bans the sale and use of neonicotinoid insecticides.

Limited Government
Overreach of government. The label is how the law is applied. Most activities are off-label use. There are non-evasive uses, such as to ward off wire worm in seed storage. Neonicotinoids are the most widely used insecticides in the world. They are designed to be toxic to insects and less toxicity on birds and mammals. It’s effective with minor consequences when used as labeled against sap-feeding pests, wood boring pests, fly baits, cockroaches and others. When used as directed, has very little impact on honey bees.
