Rep. Tiffiny Mitchell Zoom Town Hall, 5-7-20

Because I know that we all live for more information at the moment, and because things are starting to calm down just a bit from the ever-evolving situation of the past two months, we’ll be doing a COVID-19 Zoom town hall meeting Thursday, May 7th at 6:00pm.

We’ll be joined by local experts in public health from our region to help answer questions about the crisis, as well as to talk about the criteria for “reopening” Oregon that we must meet from a public health perspective. We will be joined by Director Michael McNickle (Clatsop County Public Health), Local Health Administrator Marlene Putman (Tillamook County), and Director Marni Kuyl (Washington County Health and Human Services). We would love for you to join us!

This town hall will be a little different from our previous ones in that it will focus exclusively on COVID-19 and the various ways the pandemic is impacting our community. Please come with questions or submit questions in advance to rep.tiffinymitchell@oregonlegislature.gov. We will start with pre-submitted questions, so if there is something you really want addressed, please submit it ahead of time. Questions pertaining to other topics will not be addressed at this event, but you may email them to the same address and we will follow up.

  1. Dems are socialist as shown by the July 6 shut down date. Vote them out and send mail to AG Barr. For a state that had few deaths and cases this is crazy but that is the socialist Dems
