Sen. Steiner (D, SD17), with Rep. Dexter (D, HD33), and Reynolds (D, HD34) are having their end of session joint town hall on Mon. June 26, at the Friendly House, Portland Community Center starting at 6:30 pm.
Dexter and Reynolds are both sponsors of HB 2002 which is an assault against parent’s Rights. Parents and legal guardians should come first, not state bureaucrats. Rep. Reynolds repeatedly complains in her newsletter of the Senate Republicans denying a quorum, which is the only way they have left to defend Parent’s Rights because the majority party refuses to negotiate on it. This is a direct attack on our Representative Republic form of government.
