This bill allow cities with population greater than 10,000 and counties with population greater than 15,000 to allow multi-family housing in lands zoned for single-family dwellings within urban growth boundary.

Personal Choice and Responsibility
Removes the rights of citizens and Local governments to determine what zoning and development is appropriate in each local area. People that chose to live in Single Family Dwelling neighborhoods will be forced with higher density populations. It also develops an issue in adequate parking.

Limited Government
Would give landowners more flexibility in the use of their land and accommodations for parent housing.

Local Control
Prohibits conditioning approval of accessory dwelling unit within urban growth boundary on off-street parking availability or owner occupancy. This lack of consideration forces a fight for parking near ones home when too many adults live on one lot.
