This bill requires grants to culturally specific health care facilities to provide culturally appropriate care

Personal Choice and Responsibility
I can see no reason for this action other than to open specialized healthcare facilities in minority areas when there are sufficient services currently available in those communities but are for the general public.

Limited Government
The current government is attempting to accomplish two goals with this bill. First is to appease a minority to gain the3it sympathy and vote and second, to move further towards socialized medicine.

Local Control
This bill interferers with the law of supply and demand. The local community and providers will establish the needed services and we do not require to rush in and expend tax monies to fill an artificial need to buy votes from that minority.

Free Markets
This is an imposition on the free market in as much that if there is a true need and financially feasible need for the service in these areas the private market will fill the need without the assistance of the government.
