SB 518 – Specifies contract price at which apprentice utilization requirements apply to qualified contracts with institutions of higher education and school districts
SB 523 – Requires Higher Education Coordinating Commission plan regarding applied baccalaureate degrees to include name and type of applied baccalaureate degrees to be conferred
SB 458 – Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Higher Education Coordinating Commission for allocation to Oregon State University to fund agricultural experiment station and branch stations, Oregon State University Extension Service and Forest Research Laboratory

SB 422 – Allows motorcycle operator to travel between lanes of traffic under certain conditions.
SB 519 – Modifies procedure for expunction of certain juvenile records.

SB 698 – Directs Judicial Department to develop and implement automated system that identifies convictions, arrests, citations, charges and judgments of guilty except for insanity that are eligible to be automatically sealed.
