OCL is a nonpartisan group. We endorse 5 principles and grade all bills and lawmakers using those standards. By focusing on these principles we are able to objectively grade bills based solely on the merits of the bill itself. As a politician it is the lawmaker's job to explain their actions to their constituents.Read More
