Learn how to analyze bills as an Oregon Citizens Lobby volunteer! Get a jump-start on the legislative session, 2019 is going to be a BUSY session.
Join us on Saturday, January 19th in Springfield for a short presentation on how the system works, then practice analyzing bills. Bill Fest is a working event, where participants can ask questions and new people can interact live with experienced analysts. Bring a laptop if you have one, if not, we’ll have a few extras.
