This bill requires entities that offer services or products with automatic renewals to notify consumers in a separate and clear statement of terms of service before renewing such services or products. The consumer must give consent before the renewal occurs.

Personal Choice and Responsibility
Personal choice and responsibility have been quietly stolen from countless individuals with the rise of the big tech industry. From digital book removals to smartphone camera virtual confiscation, ever-changing user agreements have perpetrated great harm against individual rights.

Limited Government
In this bill, the government will perform its essential function of protecting individual rights.

Free Markets
Free markets can only thrive if consumers and producers trust one another to be honest in transactions. This bill is an overdue fix to the destruction of general trust in the markets by big tech and other industries.
