HB 2125 Grant Program Assisting Women to Carry to Term

This bill establishes a grant program to make grants available to non profit organizations encouraging and assisting pregnant women in carrying their pregnancies to term, establishes a separate fund in the state treasury, establishes the monies to be deposited into that fund, states when Oregon Health Authority can reimburse for abortions

There is no fiscal impact with this due to the method of funding as establish within the bill.

The government is not expanding its responsibilities but just expanding its scope of education to pregnant women.
