This bill adds dietary supplements subject to labeling and Oregon Food Laws to ensure sanitation of supplements and establishments, and ensures sanitation, enforced by the State Department of Agriculture and Oregon Health Authority.

Personal Choice and Responsibility
Protects users of supplements with sanitation requirements.

Limited Government
Dietary supplements include such ingredients as vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, and enzymes for ingestion in tablet, capsule, powder, softgel, gelcap or liquid form.

Free Markets
Sanitation requirements will allow the industry to distribute the product easier and to more places.
