This bill requires task force to develop proposal for funding state medical assistance program with assessment on all medical claims processed

This action is dictatorial not personal choice. This action will infringe on the personal choice of all Oregonians that pay for insurance as it will result in a premium increase or insurers withdrawing from the Oregon market.

Limited Government
Our government is expanding its authority with his assessment on the medical profession to create additional revenue.

Free Markets
The free market will exit Oregon with this Tax imposed on them.
