HB 3352 bill provides low income citizens that have become addicted to drugs or alcohol a pathway to recovery

Personal Choice
Provides the low income individual the ability to get into a position that they can make good personal choices and take responsibility for their own well being.

Fiscal Responsibility
While this program will reflect in additional costs at the beginning it is hoped that they will be more than offset in the long range with the successful treatments and turning these individuals into productive citizens.

Limited Government
This is a function that only government will provide for the low income and private entities cannot or will not provide the service.
