This bill expands the enrollment of citizens in coordinated care organizations without their consent

Personal Choice and Responsibility
Personal choice has been removed from the equation and replaced by legislative action also removing the enrollee from exercising their personal responsibility in choosing their medical coverage.

Limited Government
As usual, government knows best and will make healthcare choices for the employee as well as others receiving medical assistance at the expense of the remaining patients.

Free Markets
There is no exercise of free market within the bill but only a dictate of who covers these individuals.
