This bill directs Oregon Investment Council to publish annually complete list of assets held in state investment funds, and publish information relating to assessments of climate-related financial risk to assets held in investment funds.

Fiscal Responsibility
Busy work is fiscally not responsible.

Limited Government
‘Climate-related financial risk’ means material financial risk posed by the effects of climate change, which isn’t scientific or reliable guess work. It includes future projects of intense storms, rising sea levels, higher global temperatures, economic damages from carbon emissions, and other effects due to public policy on climate change, shifting consumer attitudes or changing economics of traditional carbon-intense industries.
