HB 4115 Prohibits Elected Officials or Judges on PERS

This bill prohibits statewide elected official, legislator or judge from getting PERS.
Fiscal Responsibility
Reduces conflict of interest by prohibiting elected decision-makers from benefiting from the already bankrupt PERS program.

    I support HB 4115 prohibiting elected officials from participating in the bankrupt PERS program. For years Oregon Legislators have kicked the can down the road, because it may cause them a retirement check which they did not earn.
