This bill will state that Oregon desires the supreme court to be increased from 9 to 11 judge positions.  This also applies to most all federal judge positions.

Personal Choice and Responsibility
Attempt to thwart the system to increase liberal-leaning judges position by spreading out appointments during any presidents terms.

Limited Government
Increases the number of appointment/hearings and debates on each new position and makes worse a situation already too politicized.
