Authorizes State Fire Marshal to dispatch equipment under agreement as State Fire Marshal deems appropriate. Authorizes Governor, upon recommendation of State Fire Marshal, to dispatch available public or private resources of any type for purpose of assisting persons fighting wildfire on unprotected land.
