This bill limits out of pocket drug expenses to $250 per pharmacy visit

Personal Choice and Responsibility
Policy holders would have personal choice to fill multiple prescriptions at the same time, thereby exceeding the out of pocket expense for that single retail encounter

Limited Government
The state is overstepping its role in this bill in an attempt to limit the enrollee which damages both the insurer and manufacturer.

Free Markets
This bill would impose unrealistic controls and requirements on the free market eliminating the practice of free enterprise.
