This bill refers act to voters to repeal the mandatory minimum sentences for persons under the age of 18. Prohibits specified mandatory sentences for persons under the age of 25. As a prior Oregon state parole officer – anyone who believes “prisons” have a good rehabilitation program I”m sorry to inform you the success rate is dismal at best.  Serious offenses need serious penalty.  The liberal judges are a problem, and this allows extra harsh penalties for serious crimes.

Personal Choice and Responsibility
Will allow sentencing appropriate for the seriousness of the crime regardless of age of offender.

Limited Government
Allows courts discretion in sentencing serious criminals behavior.
