SB 502A Redistributed kicker $1,000 to each taxpayer

This bill deposits the kicker amount into the State Treasury and distributes $1,000 to each full-year resident taxpayer, and the remainder transferred to the Oregon Wildfire Mitigation and Adaptation Fund.

The method would take from high taxpayer and give to anyone filing a tax return $1,000 whether or not they paid taxes. A socialism redistribution of wealth.

The legal way to reduce the kicker is to reduce the tax burden that would spur the economy with more jobs, and not just promote a nanny state.
