This bill allows for legal suicide and euthanasia
Personal Choice and Responsibility
The bill allows for an individual to make an advanced directive regarding assisted death when they are not facing the situation. It is not a personal choice that any individual should be allowed to make due to the fact that a life ending drug must be administered.
Limited Government
The bill allows for a complete change in societies approach to end of life following a more socialistic approach. Since the inception of our country this action has been forbidden and I can see no reason for that to change.
