This bill amends Oregon Constitution to a majority of each house of Legislative Assembly needed to be in attendance for quorum necessary for a house to conduct business. Sends it to the voters.

Personal Choice and Responsibility
Two-third is established in the constitution to protect from a tyranny rule when both houses are controlled by the same party. A simple majority would destroy bi-partisanship and a broad representation.

Limited Government
Changes Oregon Constitution from 2/3 to a majority of each house of Legislative Assembly needed to be in attendance for quorum necessary for house to conduct business. Also proposes a comparable change to quorum requirements when Legislative Assembly convenes following declaration of catastrophic disaster by Governor.

How can they possibly pass something like this when they don’t have a quorum there now?
This is pure tyranny and I hope it bites them in the butts this year in the 2020 elections.
