Rep. Ed Diehl (R, HD17) will be hosting a Town Hall on Thurs, Jan 29th, 6:30 pm at the Snow Peak Brewing Co (280 E Water St).
This upcoming legislative short session will be fast‑moving and consequential, and staying informed is one of the best ways to make sure your voice truly shapes the decisions being made in Salem. He’s looking forward to connecting with you, answering your questions, and hearing what matters most to you and your family.
They’ll be talking about:
• The No Tax Oregon Referendum Their successful effort to ensure you have the final say on proposed gas tax and fee increases. The measure is now officially qualified for the November 2026 general election ballot, and he’ll share updates on the Governor’s attempt to remove it from the ballot — and what comes next.
• The Short Legislative Session What to expect, what’s at stake, and how upcoming proposals could affect the community.
This is a great opportunity to stay engaged, get clarity on the issues, and make your voice heard. Bring a neighbor and join the conversation.
