Sen. Golden (D, SD3) will hold a Food Drive Town Hall on Sat. Nov. 8th at the Medford Library (in Large Meeting Room) from 10-11 am. If he and his fellow senators would follow federal law instead of fighting it, Oregon wouldn’t be having such funding problems.
Sen. Golden is trying to blame budget gaps on the Trump Administration, when it’s the Shumer Shutdown that’s causing millions to lose food benefits. Here’s what the Democrats want in order to open the federal government:
$200 billion in health benefits to illegal aliens
Billions in wasteful programs to foreign countries
Half a billion to left-leaning news organizations
…And cut $50 billion from rural hospitals
