From the Office of State Senator Chris Gorsek (D, SD49) –

The state budget determines funding for critical public services and the agencies that provide them. As the Legislature works to craft the budget, it’s essential to hear from Oregonians about their priorities and the impact these decisions will have on workers, families, and communities across the state.

The Ways and Means Roadshow offers an opportunity for community members to share their perspectives directly with legislators. We encourage you to attend this weekend to make your voice heard on the issues that matter most. Your input is vital in shaping a budget that reflects Oregon’s values and priorities.

Also tell Gorsek to repeal SB 762 (wildfire risk map). You could even send him an email telling him this – Sen.ChrisGorsek@oregonlegislature.gov
