Sen. Meek (D, SD20) will have a Transportation Special Session Town Hall on Sun, Sep 13th, 10-11 am at the Gladstone Civic Center (18505 Portland Ave).
Attend and/or email him before 9-17 to vote NO on the Transportation Bill 3991 & 3992
ODOT should not be given more money if they can’t account for the money they already got.
Passage of this bill will increase the cost of everything we buy in Oregon because it raises gas taxes again. Higher gas taxes means everything shipped here will cost more to transport, and those costs get passed on to us, the consumer. Not to mention the licensing fees being added to our car registrations, etc.
