Sen Neron Misslin (D, SD13) will have a “Constituent Coffee Hour” on Sat., Sept 27th – only two days before the Senat votes on the Transportation Bill to raise gas prices, which will increase the cost of everything you buy due to higher shipping expenses. Email her now to vote NO on the Special Session Transportation bills, 3991 & 3992 The Democrats have already agreed to vote yes which will increase the cost of EVERYTHING we buy due to these taxes being passed on to us.
Here’s what it does:
- New taxes, same problems. No guarantee ODOT will deliver better results.
- No real accountability. No independent oversight or clear performance metrics.
- Wrong priorities. Bureaucracy grows, while safety, maintenance, and rural access get left behind.
