Anti-Discrimination Protections for Immigrants (HB 4111) which strengthens legal protections for immigrants so they can work, access the legal system, and participate in their communities without fear.
Protect Your Door Act (HB 4114) increases transparency and accountability for federal and out-of-state law enforcement operating in Oregon.
Law Enforcement Accountability & Visibility Act (HB 4138) Expands statewide law enforcement accountability standards including name and badge number requirements and prohibits masking with limited exemptions.
Admitting Immigrants to Schools and Programs (SB 1538) explicitly protects students from discrimination based on immigration or citizenship status.
Healthcare Without Fear (SB 1570) ensures Oregonians can seek medical care without fear of immigration enforcement.
Public Lands Promise (SB 1590), prohibits public bodies from cooperating with federal efforts to sell off Oregon’s public lands.
