Attorney General Dan Rayfield (D, Corvallis) will be holding a series of town halls across the state which he is calling the “Safeguarding Oregon: Federal Oversight Forums.” The first one will be held in Eugene at the University of Oregon Campus, Kincaid Street & 14th Ave., Prince Lucien Campbell building, PLC 180, 6:30 pm. As you probably know, he’s using your tax dollars to join other states in fighting against the common sense policies that the Trump administration is implementing to stop waste and abuse.
House Speaker Julie Fahey (D, HD14) will be joining him. She recently told an interviewer SB 210 – which would bring back in-person voting on election day isn’t going anywhere. This is another policy they are fighting the Trump administration over.
