Sen. Janeen Sollman (D, SD15) will be hosting a Joint Town Hall with Hillsboro Mayor Beach Pace and Metro Councilor Juan Carlos Gonzalez at the Hillsboro Civic Center on Monday, March 30th at 6-7:30pm.
She voted for SB 1507 which cuts Oregon out of most of Trumps Big Beautiful Bill tax breaks for citizens. She says it’s because his bill is too costly to Oregon, cutting out millions of dollars in Oregon funding. The thing is, if the legislature would stop promoting DEI and hiding illegals, those funding cuts wouldn’t be implemented against Oregon. But they refuse to do that. Instead, they raise more taxes and fees on us.
She voted to move the NoTax Oregon referundum from Nov to May. This is voter suppression. Who’s she really working for? Be sure to vote in May AND November.
