Advanced Clean Truck (ACT) update.

From Rep. Ed Diehl’s newsletter (2-3-25);

Thanks to everyone who came out to testify in support of House Bill 3119, which would pause implementation of the Advanced Clean Truck (ACT) rules.  Unfortunately, many of you were unable to testify due to time constraints. Despite that, your support and dedication to this cause have made a significant impact. The message was loud and clear: Oregonians do not support this rule. I am grateful for your engagement and commitment to our community and state.

Our bill has bipartisan support.  I encourage you to continue to reach out to the committee and demand a work session.  Also reach out to Representatives and Senators alike to support the bill.

Please send messages to these committee members, demand they hold a work session on this bill.  Rep. Neron, who is on the committee, submitted testimony in opposition to this bill.
