Tore Says Oregon Peeps
Tore Says Oregon Peeps, inspired by a Cleveland radio host of Tore Says, they are following Tore Maras exposing deep state activities. What is getting a lot of attention with the Tore Says Oregon Peeps is “vaccine passports.”
New York is the first state to formally launch a “vaccine passport” program called “Excelsior Pass.” It allows residents to pull up a code on their phones to prove they have been vaccinated or have tested negative. Amazon is also discussing using this as a platform to handle financial transactions and tracking people. After Tore Maras sent letters in Ohio, legislation was introduced to not allow entities to require disclosure of vaccination status or anything similar to vaccine passports.
Tore Says Oregon Peeps is trying to keep this issue out of Oregon. They sent two rounds of letters that layout case law and federal law for Oregonians that do not want to get the vaccine and prohibits discriminating against. The letters to the Attorney General with a copy to Governor Brown and legislators were sent alerting them that Oregon businesses, schools and other organizations are receiving misinformation on mandating vaccinations, having no authority to mandate use of vaccines, which are not yet fully approved by the FDA. Moreover, any form of discrimination against those choosing not to be vaccinated is in direct violation of state and federal law. Code 28 CFR § 36.105(b)(2) specifically lists human Immunodeficiency Virus infection (whether symptomatic or asymptomatic).
The letters demonstrate federal law prohibits private places of accommodation from discrimination against any person on the basis of their “physiological condition” which, by law, includes the present status of their immune system. In addition, employers are expressly prohibited from discriminating against employees on the basis of genetic information.
It is clear that the purpose for these passports is more about steeling freedoms than about COVID protection. Tore Says Oregon Peeps have provided a draft letter to copy into an email and email addresses for those wishing to participate in their campaign. You can also use their letter with the documentation, or use them for guidance.

RE: Vaccine Passports
Dear Elected Official,
I am contacting you asking that you MUST abolish ANY unconstitutional and discriminatory practices of private and public owned establishments within our state.
It is illegal under both federal and state laws to discriminate against an employee based on his or her medical condition with regard to employment decisions and it is ALSO illegal under both federal and state laws to discriminate against an individual to have access to all enjoyments offered such as parks, commerce and education based on his or her medical condition. In respects to employment decisions include hiring, firing, promoting, demoting, training, and job assignments of an individual based on their medical condition is illegal. In respects to equal access to enjoyments are visiting grounds, enjoying facilities both recreational and commerce, enacting in transactions, socializing etc of an individual based on his or her medical condition is illegal.
No law of this nation mandates that the citizens of the United States must be forced to be vaccinated to enjoy the freedoms afforded to them by the US Constitution.
Beliefs (religious beliefs, personal beliefs and or health reasons) make it such that some individuals cannot take this vaccine and therefore will be limited in working, shopping, education, socializing and in general EXCLUDED from enjoying life. Article I of the Oregon Constitution section 1 and section 20 makes that clear:
“that all power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their peace, safety, and happiness”
“No law shall be passed granting to any citizen or class of citizens privileges, or immunities, which, upon the same terms, shall not equally belong to all citizens.”
The vaccine is a determination of one’s medical condition that SHOULD NOT ever be taken into consideration for access to enjoyments including and not limited to travel, education, commerce and employment. The state of Oregon must ensure that ANY business conducted within it’s jurisdiction WILL NEVER impose such unconstitutional restrictions.
Once again this is not a request, this is a mandate that you enforce our STATE and FEDERAL laws against discrimination due to medical conditions. The constitution of the United States is NOT to be suspended because monopolies and mega corporations seek to force American citizens to forfeit their personal rights over their medical choices, conditions and needs. It is IMPERATIVE that you communicate this to ALL businesses operating within the state of Oregon that such discriminatory actions will NOT be permitted in the state of Oregon and that they will be DISALLOWED from OPERATING in the state if they implement such discriminatory actions.
