Expand the Oregon Political Tax Credit from $100 (joint filers) to $500 and from $50 individuals to $250 (single tax filers). Applies to 2025.

A taxpayer may not claim the credit allowed under this section if the taxpayer has federal adjusted gross income in excess of $150,000 on a joint return or $75,000 on any other type of return.

Expands socialism redistributing wealth requiring the more fortunate to make up for political contributions. The increase is to much to not be considered a tax on the upper middle class or a forced political contribution without the right of choice.
