Congresswoman Val Hoyle (D, CD4) will be holding a telephone Town Hall on Mon., June 8th from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. Discussion will center around the upcoming wildfire season (which used to be called summer) and what you can do to prepare for it. Make sure your house insurance is paid up – if you still have any after Golden’s great wildfire maps went out a few years ago. You’ll need to register for the event here, to receive a call if you sign up to join. Joining her on the call will be Oregon State Fire Marshal Marianna Ruiz-Temple.
