SB 1512 – removes requirement of 10,000 from the Prosperity 10,000 Program (P10K), which has a $35 Million budget and expands help to “priority populations” with scholarships, stipends, job placement, transportation, child care and housing related assistance.

This fund is geared specifically to help many illegal aliens in this state, one of many “programs” which are diverting funds to only a few “priority” peoples in this state. $35Million can be better used in other programs, which are not as discriminatory.

The monies flow through HECC, which is a commission deeply embedded in DEI/Sanctuary status issues and pushing ideology which majority of Oregonians do not prescribe to.
