This bill will terminate state of emergency relating to COVID-19.
Personal Choice and Responsibility
Forces people to take an unproven Vaccine that is ineffective in protecting from the Covid-19 virus is ludicrous. Forcing people to wear an ineffective mask is without a doubt the dumbest thing we have faced. It is constitutionally a choice of the people on their Health issues.
Fiscal Responsibility
Allowing the Emergency to end, will allow business to operate without hinderance.
Limited Government
Where the Emergency powers have been abused by this Governor, the emergency did not follow Oregon (ORS 401.165) Law concerning a Statewide Emergency, which requests by County Governments, to include preliminary assessments. Shall be no longer than necessary to effectively respond to the emergency.
Local Control
Ending the mandates so school districts can make decisions for the health of all students.
Vote yes on this bill! Enough of lockdowns, vaccines and masks
